What I am Packing For Paris In April
Everything for 10 days in the City of Light
Today, I am heading to Paris for 10 days, and the weather is all over the place. April is usually one of my favorite months to be in the city of light, although is there ever a bad time to be in Paris? I write extensively about Parisian fashion and create monthly Paris packing lists on my blog LaVieOnGrand.com, so it’s always so fun to make my own list when I head to Paris. My goal is always to pack versatile pieces that I can easily mix and match, as well as pieces that blend in seamlessly with the Parisians.
I had my suitcase ready to go two days before my flight took off, which is rare for me. Usually, I am still packing up until the last minute. My friend texted me yesterday morning, telling me the weather isn’t so great and to make sure I was packing warm clothes, as well as preparing for rain. So, I threw in a pair of boots last minute. The weather in April in Paris can be beautiful and sunny one minute and then experience downpours the next.
As always, I’ve packed layers, and overall, I am very pleased with my packing list. The best thing about Paris is that if you’ve forgotten to pack something, you can always buy it there! There are worse places I can think of to have to shop for clothes.
J.Crew Elbow Tee (Cream and Black)
Chanel Flats (similar)
SoldOutNYC White Button Up (substituted for the Sézane RYM Top)
Everything is packed into these packing cubes and placed into this suitcase in the navy color, which is then checked. I pack my handbags in my carry-on along with other small items, I never ever check my handbags. You can find more of my travel essentials in my Amazon shop HERE.
See You In Paris!

I love your videos and packing suggestions. As a frequent traveler who only takes a carry on luggage and shoulder bag I would love to see your ideas on how to travel light, but still maintain that chic look. I noticed in this video you took 3 pairs of jeans, could you just do with one? There are really very few influencers with your style and think putting together a "light traveler's" video would be so welcomed. Thank you for all you do.
